eIF4E2 Deficiency Drive Cisplatin Resistance in NSCLC

GSE303283 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing; Other 16 samples 2026/03/24 GPL24676
Summary
Cisplatin resistance remains a major obstacle in treating non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Mechanistic insights into the translational control of cisplatin resistance remain sparse. This study identifies eIF4E2 as a critical translational regulator whose downregulation elevates DNA repair capacity and drives cisplatin resistance.
