Summary
This dataset contains bulk RNA sequencing profiles of human buccal mucosal tissues collected from 42 individuals, including 10 healthy controls, 16 patients with oral lichen planus (OLP), and 16 patients with oral lichenoid lesions (OLL). The objective of this study was to investigate the immune heterogeneity underlying OLP and OLL by comparing transcriptomic differences among the three groups. All tissue samples were obtained from the buccal mucosa, and RNA-seq was performed to identify immune-related gene expression patterns and molecular signatures. This dataset provides a valuable resource for exploring the immunopathogenesis of OLP and OLL.
