Summary
Despite the efficacy of therapeutics and vaccines in reducing risk of severe COVID-19, breakthrough infections and rebound symptoms after initial improvement have been reported. We evaluated critical inflammatory responses in vaccinated individuals presenting with early acute (EA), late acute (LA) and clinical rebound (REBOUND) symptoms using single cell RNA sequencing.
