Gene expression prolife of liver during colorectal cancer metastatic progression

GSE305183 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/05/15 Platform GPL34290
Summary
To investigate hepatic gene expression profiles during colorectal cancer (CRC) metastasis, orthotopic implantation of CT26 cells was employed to model the pre-metastatic liver niche, while intrasplenic inoculation of CT26 cells was utilized to model the post-metastatic liver. Liver tissues representing these distinct metastatic states were subsequently subjected to mRNA-sequencing.
