Summary
To investigate the effect of Myc-activation during pancreatic tumorigenesis, we treated CRISPRa-competent PPKS (KRAS(LSL-G12D//wt); TP53(flox/flox); Rosa26(LSL-SAM/wt)) mice with CMV-Cre/U6-sgRNA(MS2) encoding lentivirus carrying Myc-targeted or non-targeted sgRNA. Tumors were harvested at survival endpoint and transcriptomic reprogramming was assessed by RNA-seq
