Summary
Here we report the gene expression data following bulk RNA sequencing used to identify the aldosterone-mediated cellular communication from cultured myotubes to fibroblasts isolated from neonatal hind limbs of wild-type (C57) and dystrophic mice (mdx). We found distinct transcriptional changes induced by aldosterone in myotubes, which in turn resulted in distinct transcriptional changes in the CM-treated fibroblasts.
