Summary
transcriptome profiling were performed in human HCT116 wild-type cells, HCT116 DNMT1 hypomorphs, and HCT116 UHRF1 hypomorphs. The paired-end RNA-seq on the Illumina platform was employed to obtain comprehensive gene expression profiles.
