Transciptome profile of liver tissues from CD163KO mice after 8 weeks of Western diet.

GSE305484 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 39 samples 2025/10/01 GPL24247
Summary
Liver macrophages have a high expression of the macrophage-specific scavenger receptor CD163 but during metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) development CD163 undergoes increased shedding and downregulated expression in the liver in humans. Herein, we derived a hepatic-transcriptome based dataset to understand the development of early hepatic steatosis in CD163 knockout mice and their littermate controls.
