Summary
High-dose ionizing radiation-induced pulmonary injury. To characterize these changes, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) on lung tissues isolated from mice exposed to 90 Gy irradiation. Samples were collected at 8, 11, and 14 days post-irradiation, and non-irratied controls. RNA was extracted and libraries were prepared using a stranded RNA-seq protocol, followed by sequencing on the Illumina platform. 해석
