Summary
MSLN is a newly identified AML target. Because MSLN is not expressed in normal bone marrow specimens, it is an attractive immunotherapy target. However, the function of MSLN in AML is unknown. We generated NOMO-1 cells with CRISPR/CAS9 knockout and performed transcriptome analysis to understand the changes in gene expression profiles following loss of MSLN.
