Summary
Omaveloxolone, an Nrf2 activator, shows enrichment of pathways associated with cellular metabolism and energy production. Dose-dependent up-regulation of Nrf2 marker genes and of genes in the GOBP mitochondrial gene expression pathway was observed compared to vehicle treated wells.
