Transcriptome profile of LX-2 cells [SiNSUN2]

GSE306703 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2025/11/01 Platform GPL34284
Summary
Liver fibrosis is characterized by deposition of excessive extracellular matrix (ECM). The major source of ECM is activated hepatic stellate cells (HSCs).NSUN2 is one of the m5C methyltransferases, mainly responsible for the methylation of tRNA and mRNA and plays a significant role in RNA m5C methylation. The purpose of this transcriptome is to explore the role of NSUN2 acting as m5C methyltransferases during HSC activation.

Direct links to NCBI, no account and no request form: the whole study as GSE306703_RAW.tar, processed values as the series matrix, the supplementary file directory, and per-sample supplementary files for any of the 6 samples. Raw sequencing reads are also available from ENA.

Also filed as BioProject PRJNA1311844 and SRA study SRP613850. Searching any of these in the dataset finder brings you back here.
