Summary
We performed RNA-Seq on human microvascular endothelial cells (HRECs) with lentivirus-mediated knockdown of CTNNB1, LRP5, FZD4, TSPAN12, KIF11, and PRDX1. This dataset includes the gene expression profiles that reveal the specific gene expression changes that occur in HRECs following the knockdown of these key genes implicated in FEVR.
