Summary
We have performed a single cell RNA sequencing using 10x Genomics platform on patient-derived origanoids (PDO) established from advanced prostate cancer patients. PDOs are classified into different clusters according to their phenotypes. Among the five PDOs, KBO159, which was established from prostatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDA), expressed unique molecular signatures that were considered potential novel biomarkers for PDA, when integrated with our results of spatial transcriptomic analysis.
