Summary
To characterize the tumor microenvironment (TME) of recurrence-stage high-grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) at the single cell level, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) for a total of four samples from three patients. This data set includes scRNA-seq read count data and cell type annotations for each sample.
