Summary
We recently identified DLK1 as a new target in Down syndrome associated myeloid leukemia. We generated CMK cells with CRISPR/Cas9 mediated knockout of DLK1 and performed transcriptome analysis to understand the changes in gene expression profiles following loss of DLK1.
