Summary
Regarding the role of TCDCA in alleviating obesity-induced ED, we sought to identify the key targets that could directly clarify the biological effects of TCDCA. We carried out RNA-seq of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) treated with vehicle or TCDCA.To further explore the role of TCDCA and identify its endothelial receptor, we performed RNA-seq on HUVECs treated with vehicle or GW4064
