Effect of depletion of LINC00673 on gene expression in osteosarcoma

GSE308917 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/01/01 Platform GPL20795
Summary
Here, we report the importance of LINC00673 in osteosarocma. As important members of ceRNA networks, lncRNAs are well-known to serve as miRNA sponges, and then the lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA axis has been frequently reported in the literature. The ceRNA networks of LINC00673 have been reported in various types of cancers. In the current study, LINC00673 was proved to be primarily localized in the cytoplasm of osteosarcoma cells, and it is reasonable to speculate that LINC00673 may also act as a ceRNA to sponge the downstream miRNAs. So, our data provide potential downstream targets of LINC00673 and will help to find out the ceRNA networks of LINC00673 in osteosarcoma.
