Summary
Metabolic dysfunction associated steatohepatitis (MASH) is one of the most common types of liver disease, which is caused by hepatotoxicity caused by metabolic disorder. The incidence rate and mortality are very high, but the current treatment drugs are still limited. The role of ACSS2 in regulating inflammation in MASH is unclear. This study aims to explore the role and potential mechanisms of ACSS2 in the progression of MASH.
