Summary
This study aimed to investigate the transcriptome changes of alcoholic liver disease treated with NIAAA model after administration of Xing-Pi-Qing-Gan decoction. The mice were divided into two groups: one group of NIAAA model mice, and the other group was administered simultaneously on the basis of modeling. After the experiment, total RNA was extracted from fresh liver for high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), and the effect of Xing-Pi-Qing-Gan decoction on alcoholic liver disease and related host transcriptional changes were identified by differential gene expression analysis.
