Integrated epigenomic and transcriptomic profiling of super-enhancer networks in mouse small intestine [ChIP-Seq]

GSE310534 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 3 samples Submitted 2026/06/26 Platform GPL21626
Summary
Super-enhancers (SEs) are crucial regulators of small intestinal architecture and epithelial function. Compartment-specific SEs maintain crypt-villus zonation by controlling spatially defined gene expression programs. This study also demonstrates the roles of the core transcription factors HNF4 and SMAD4 as gatekeepers of these SEs.
