Summary
RNA-seq analysis of 4T1 murine breast cancer cells treated for 24 hours with CM-PEG-PLGA@DOX/R848 nanoparticles (equivalent DOX 2μg/ml) compared to PBS-treated controls. The study aims to identify transcriptomic changes induced by the nanomaterial treatment to to investigate the mechanism of anti-tumor action of CM-PEG-PLGA@DOX/R848 nanoparticles.
