Summary
Transcriptomic profiles of cardiac tissue from CD1 mice subjected to sham or transverse aortic constriction (TAC) surgery, a pressure-overload mouse model. Left atrial tissue was collected 9 days post-surgery, and RNA-seq was performed to identify differentially expressed genes between sham and TAC.
