Summary
RNA-seq was performed on ventricular cardiac tissue isolated from Vhl-floxed/Wt1-Cre mice and their WT counterparts. This study aimed to characterize the transcriptomic differences in the heart from mice deficient in Vhl in the Wt1 lineage, with the goal of identifying genes regulated by the HIF signaling patway.
