Cell signaling pathways modulation in silica nanoparticle-saturated macrophages

GSE312613 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 15 samples 2026/04/01 GPL34328
Summary
In this study, we studied RAW 264.7 macrophages saturated with silica nanoparticles (SNPs) of different size (50 and 100 nm), porosity (nonporous, mesoporous), density (solid, mesoporous, and hollow), and surface composition (hydrophobicity) at their maximum non-toxic concentrations to study the changes in gene expression, and immune signaling pathways by RNA sequencing, weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA), Hallmark and KEGG pathway analysis.
