Oncolytic vaccinia virus JX-594 demonstrates subtype-specific efficacy and predictive biomarkers in gastric cancer cell lines

GSE314036 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 49 samples 2026/04/26 GPL16791
Summary
This project investigates the therapeutic potential of the oncolytic vaccinia virus JX-594 in gastric cancer. We analyzed 49 molecularly characterized GC cell lines and xenograft models, and performed transcriptomic profiling to identify subtype-specific responsiveness and explore predictive biomarkers that may guide clinical application.
