Summary
This study presents single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) profiling of lymphoma models treated with the MCL-1 inhibitor S63845. Human Namalwa lymphoma cellsand mouse Eμ-Myc lymphoma spleen samples were analyzed following vehicle control or S63845 treatment at defined time points to characterize transcriptional responses associated with drug sensitivity, persistence, and resistance.
