Maternal-Fetal Immune Conflict in a Mouse Model of Neurodevelopmental Disorders.

GSE315060 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/03/13 Platform GPL19057
Summary
In order to understand effect of Maternal Immune Activation (MIA) on placenta, we performed single-nucleus sequencing of placenta of pregnant mice at E13.5, treated with MIA and PBS (Control). We investigated stress-induced alterations in gene expression and the corresponding enrichment of Gene Ontology terms.
