Differentially expressed genes in human monocyte-derived macrophages overexpressing TRIM21, NFATc3, or ASK1

GSE315074 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 12 samples 2026/01/26 GPL11154
Summary
We hypothesize that the TRIM21-NFATc3/ASK1 axis plays a key role in steatohepatitis. TRIM21, NFATc3, and ASK1 plasmids were transfected separately in human monocyte-derived macrophages(HMDMs), with the pCMV6 expression vector used as a control. Subsequently, RNA sequencing analysis was performed to obtain common feature genes for Connectivity Map screening.
