Summary
This study investigates the transcriptional effects of MYCN knockdown in Y79 retinoblastoma cells. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on Y79 cells transduced with control or MYCN-targeting shRNA, with three independent biological replicates per condition. The dataset provides gene expression profiles that enable assessment of MYCN-dependent transcriptional programs in retinoblastoma cells.
