Sodium Alginate Activates Subcutaneous Fat Differentiation via the PPAR Pathway

GSE317049 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 9 samples Submitted 2026/02/05 Platform GPL24247
Summary
To investigate the effect of sodium alginate on adipocyte differentiation, we isolated the stromal vascular fraction (SVF) from wild-type C57BL/6J mice and subjected it to whitening treatment. During the induction of differentiation, sodium alginate reagent at concentrations of 0 μM, 50 μM, and 100 μM was added to the experimental groups, respectively. On the sixth day of culture, cells from both the experimental and control groups were collected for transcriptome analysis.
