Effect of intrauterine growth restriction on the transcriptome of microglia in hippocampus

GSE317999 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/01/30 Platform GPL18480
Summary
Microglia exhibit an overactivated phenotype in a variety of FGR animal models. Further studies have shown that the excessive activation of microglia can last from the perinatal period to adolescence. Although there has been some research on the function of microglia in perinatal period, there is still a lack of research on the function and mechanism of microglia in adolescence. Our data fill the gap in the transcriptome changes of microglia in the hippocampus during adolescence and provide a basis for understanding the functions and mechanisms of microglia in the hippocampus during adolescence.
