Transcriptional Response to Pool Human Milk Exosomes in Infant Ileal Intestinal Enteroids

GSE318686 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/06/16 Platform GPL16791
Summary
RNA sequencing was used to compare the transcriptional response of human infant ileal intestinal enteroids following exposure to human milk exosomes. Exosome-exposed enteroids were compared to enteroids not exposed to exosomes in the same 72 hour period.
