RNA-seq profiling of SOX10 overexpression in TADA2B KO A375 melanoma cells

GSE319449 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 18 samples 2026/04/29 GPL34295
Summary
SOX10 is a key regulator of melanoma lineage identity, and TADA2B is a component of the SAGA histone acetyltransferase complex. To investigate the transcriptional interplay between SOX10 and TADA2B, bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed in control and TADA2B KO A375 melanoma cells with and without SOX10 overexpression. This dataset enables comparative analysis of gene expression programs associated with SOX10 activation, loss of TADA2B, and their combined perturbation, providing a resource to examine how SAGA-dependent epigenetic regulation influences melanoma transcriptional states.
