Prefrontal cortex bulk RNA-seq analysis of drug-treated PTEN KI heterozygous mice at P40

GSE319618 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 30 samples 2026/07/28 GPL24247
Summary
Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) affects approximately 2.8% of the population and is characterized by substantial genetic heterogeneity. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on prefrontal cortex tissue from PTEN KI heterozygous (HT) and wild-type (WT) mice. Animals were analyzed at postnatal day 40 (P40) following three weeks of treatment with fluoxetine or lithium. Both male and female mice were included. Dissected prefrontal cortex tissue was used for RNA extraction and sequencing.
