Summary
To get a global perspective of SOX4 regulated genes, we performed RNA-seq in HUVECs. Using the cutoff criteria 1.3-fold change with 0.05 FDR, we identified 2500 genes, with roles in actin filament, circulatory system development, cell surface signaling, tube morphogenesis and lipid biosynthesis.
