Comparison of the chromatin status of peripheral blood Treg cells with Treg and naive CD4T cells in various tissues.

GSE325626 Mus musculus Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 35 samples 2026/05/15 GPL21273
Summary
Despite their translational importance, peripheral blood (PB) regulatory T (Treg) cells have rarely been subjected to the kind of systematic, cross-tissue comparisons. Thus, to reveal the chromatin status of Treg cells in PB, we performed transposase-accessible chromatin with high-throughput sequencing (ATAC-seq) on Treg and naiveCD4 T cells from different organs including PB.
