Summary
This dataset presents transcriptomic profiles of lung tissue from a murine model of LPS-induced acute lung injury (ALI) following treatment with Renshen Baidu Powder (RSBD). LPS induced a robust inflammatory gene signature, which was significantly reversed by RSBD.
