Summary
To investigate the mechanism by which ONX‑0914 ameliorates MASLD, HFD‑fed mice were randomized to receive the selective PSMB8 inhibitor ONX‑0914 (10 mg/kg in 10% captisol, s.c., every other day) or vehicle control for an additional 6 weeks while remaining on the HFD. At the experimental endpoint, liver tissues were collected for RNA sequencing.
