Summary
Cells from the osteocyte cell line Ocy454 were treated with vehicle (DMSO), +/- PTH (100nM), +/- FAK inhibitor (PF431396 10uM) or underwent PDE8A deletion via CRISPR/Cas9. The goal of this study is to determine the similarity between the genes that are differentially expressed with PTH treatment, FAK inhibition and PDE8A deletion and identify common molecular pathways.
