AI digital pathology as a key tool providing in-depth understanding of the progression and regression of MASH and fibrosis in male mouse models

GSE316023 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 77 samples 2026/06/02 GPL24247
Summary
Bulk RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed on mouse liver samples to characterize transcriptomic changes that occur over time when mice are fed the GAN (Gubra-Amylin NASH) diet. The aim was to compare molecular signatures between mice housed under standard vivarium conditions (TA) and those housed under thermoneutral (TN) conditions, and to use these data as an initial validation of our diet-induced disease model.
