Reciprocal Zeb1-Fgfr3 Regulation Controls Skeletal Development

GSE327414 Mus musculus Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/04/15 Platform GPL24247
Summary
Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) lineage commitment during bone development is orchestrated by specific transcriptional factors, but the molecular drivers remain elusive. Here, we identify the zinc-finger transcription factor ZEB1 as a pivotal regulator of early skeletogenesis in perichondrial stem cells.
