Summary
To investigate the effects of galectin-1 on monocyte gene expression, magnetic bead-enriched CD14+ human monocytes from MPN patients ( n = 5) were incubated with vehicle or recombinant Galectin-1 (5 μg/mL) for 7 hours. Cell pellets were collected for RNA-seq analysis.
