Methodological Considerations for Studying HOXA10, HOXA11 and LIF Expression in Unexplained Infertility: A Pilot Study in Colombian Women

GSE328348 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/07/13 Platform GPL34284
Summary
This study investigates the transcriptomic profile of endometrial tissue from patients with idiopathic infertility, focusing on the expression of implantation- and inflammation-related genes, including HOXA10, HOXA11, and LIF, PKHD1L1, HS6ST1, LTF, CCDC1441. This study also focuses on identifying potential molecular markers that may be associated with unexplained infertility. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to evaluate gene expression patterns and their potential association with impaired endometrial receptivity. These data provide valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying idiopathic infertility and represent a useful resource for further studies aimed at improving diagnosis and therapeutic strategies in reproductive medicine.
