Summary
To investigate the global gene expression profiles and identify differentially expressed genes, key signaling pathways, and potential molecular mechanisms underlying compound treatment in human cancer cells, RNA-seq was performed to analyze transcriptomic changes, aiming to provide comprehensive insights into the transcriptome regulation and discover novel biomarkers or therapeutic targets for CRC.
