High-throughout sequencing of ovarian cancer cells treated with T-oligo

GSE328508 Homo sapiens Expression profiling by high throughput sequencing 6 samples Submitted 2026/04/23 Platform GPL24676
Summary
After treating human ovarian cancer cells ES2 with T-oligo G4+RHPS4, high-throughput sequencing technology was employed. The transcriptome analysis revealed that T-oligo G4+RHPS4 does not exert its anti-tumor effect solely through telomere dysfunction, but instead simultaneously regulates cell cycle, senescence, and metabolic-related signaling pathways, thereby synergistically inducing the death of ovarian cancer cells.
