Transcriptional regulation of the embryonic ζ-globin gene [human]

GSE328559 Homo sapiens Genome binding/occupancy profiling by high throughput sequencing 5 samples Submitted 2026/07/24 Platform GPL18573
Summary
Reactivating the embryonic ζ-globin expression is a promising prospect for treating severe forms of α-thalassaemia. Here, we address the mechnisms underlying the transcriptional regulation of the ζ-globin gene.
