Summary
This dataset profiles intra-tumor heterogeneity in renal cell carcinoma using single-cell gene expression analysis. Single-cell transcriptomic profiles were generated to characterize malignant and non-malignant cell populations and to enable comparative analyses between primary and metastatic disease states. Gene expression data were used to derive gene programs that capture transcriptional heterogeneity among renal cell carcinoma cells.
