Summary
To investigate the downstream pathways and targets of Rras2 in bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), we isolated BMSCs from 8-week-old Rras2f/f and Prx1;Rras2f/f mice and performed gene expression profiling using RNA-seq data from WT and Rras2-deficient BMSCs.
