Summary
This study presents a bulk RNA-sequencing analysis comparing mouse primary mesothelial cells (MCs) and cancer-associated mesothelial cells (CAMCs). MCs were treated for 72 hours with conditioned media derived from KPCA cancer cells or with vehicle control to induce CAMC-like reprogramming. RNA was extracted and subjected to bulk transcriptomic profiling to identify differentially expressed genes and associated biological pathways.
